Ray Seager, and co-director Dafydd Parry grew the company to become one of the major scaffolding firms in North Wales and a new base in Llandudno was acquired recently to grow the business further. We have an excellent reputation in the construction industry and we have achieved the highest standards of customer satisfaction with trades often recommending our service to main contractors. We are a full member of the NASC (National Access and Scaffolding Confederation). We have also achieved ISO 9001 and CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety) accreditation.

Health and Safety
The assurance of quality is fundamental to all the work undertaken by Ray Seager Scaffolding Services Ltd and we are a Quality Assured Company in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008. We are SG4-05 compliant and work to TG:20-08 and will provide compliance certificates when required. We are a member of the NASC and have achieved CHAS accreditation.
Quality Statement
We believe that to achieve quality on every project, we must deliver our customer’s expectations – every time. Only then can we truly call ourselves a quality company. It is the quality of our service which has established our reputation and as a result the company has grown very quickly.
American Quality guru Phil Crosby had 4 major principles which we try to measure up to:
- the definition of quality is conformance to requirements
- the system of quality is prevention
- the performance standard is zero defects
- the measurement of quality is the price of non-conformance
This translates to us delivering a service that meets with our clients’ requirements: safely; on time; at the right price; expertly; with really effective lines of communication – every time!
Training
Having already built an enviable reputation within the industry, our clients respect us as a company who are cost effective, efficient and who work well within time schedules to ensure that contracts are completed.
This has been brought about by a total commitment to training and our current workforce are all either CITB trained or currently training.
